A week of fast scenic riding combined with opportunities to work with cattle alongside gauchos, culminating in the "Aparte Campero", a traditional cattle cutting competition. Guests will have a chance to test their gaucho horsemanship separating cattle against the clock. With teams competing from all over the Province of Neuquén dressed in their finest and the chance to enjoy a huge traditional "Asado" (barbecue). The Aparte Campero makes for a fantastic climax to the week amid the spectacular colour, sense of tradition and camaraderie unique to Argentina.
